This page lets you request deletion of your Orant account and the data associated with it, as published by Timi Ojo on Google Play and the App Store.
Option 1 — In the app
Open Orant and go to Settings → Profile → Delete account and confirm. We then permanently delete your account and cloud data from our systems within 30 days.
Option 2 — By email, without the app
You do not need to reinstall Orant to delete your account. Send an email and we will handle it:
Email hello@timiojo.com from the address registered to your Orant account.
Use the subject line "Delete my Orant account" and include your username.
We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your account, email address, username, and password record
Your cloud backups (prayer sections, prayer points, testimonies)
Your community prayer requests and your membership of Pray Together groups
Your personalisation answers, push token, streaks, and session statistics stored on our servers
What may be kept
Data on your own device. Prayers stored locally on your phone are under your control — delete the app or use Settings → Advanced → clear data.
Content already shared at your direction. If you sent a prayer section to a friend, their copy remains theirs.
Limited records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy. These are kept no longer than necessary.
Deleting data without deleting your account
You don't have to close your account to remove things. In Orant you can delete an individual prayer point, a whole section, a testimony, or a prayer request you posted, and the change is removed from your cloud backup as well. You can also turn off Settings → Backup & Sync at any time.
If you would like us to erase specific data for you — for example all of your cloud backups, while keeping your account — email hello@timiojo.com from your registered address and tell us what you would like removed. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
